Team Driving Careers

Team driving for MSR Transport Services, Inc looks like this: As an independent contractor with us, we supply you with a late model tractor, driver amenities like an inverter and refrigerator, and the ability to drive for one of the multiple carriers we partner with, all in the expedite or specialty logistics sector, where we are an independent contractor. We have flatbed, dry van, and reefer opportunities available. We can cater to miles-based teams or revenue based teams, and we love to get the teams looking for a lifestyle change – we can offer that here!

What We Like

As long as it has been 7 years from the last date of incarceration, on probation, or fine paid for a felony – we could qualify a driver with our carriers.

Clean Background Check

Our carriers require a HAZMAT endorsement. If you don’t have it, you can begin the process now and we can hire you once you receive TSA clearance.

HAZMAT Endorsement

We can sponsor drivers and assist them in getting the necessary clearances to run premium freight for the Government and commercial partners.

Security Clearance

Expedite and specialty logistics is different than normal truckload. We don’t require this type of experience but we prefer it. We can help drivers and teams make the transition to expedite and specialty if you have not done this before.

While we are Veteran owned and operated, it is not a requirement to drive for us.
